Please supply more detail - specs and driver
Hdds and monitors mean little unless you have a hdd going bad, the manufacturers website will have tools to determine this, please supply specs for your psu, random reboots can be caused by many things, do a few of these tests and post the results
EDIT: I kind of forgot the obvious to a degree, I am presuming you have done the usual virus/spyware checks and are clean,
