When you deleted the accounts you had previously, did you delete all the files and settings too?
When you created the new account, did you give it the same name as a previously deleted account.
From your admin account, look in C
ocuments and Settings at the list of files for all of your accounts, both current accounts and accounts which may have been deleted but for which the files and settings have been kept.
