Some days, today being one of them, I can't get an audio stream from Planet Rock or The Storm, both rock music streams. I can always get a stream from Kerrang however. One day last week, when I couldn't get Planet Rock, I rang their concert ticket line and the chap in the ticket office (not at the same location as the audio feed server) was able to get the stream. I also talked to my ISP helpline for about an hour (they are sponsors of Planet Rock) but they could not help other than suggest I reboot my cable modem.

I run win98SR, and connect via a router/firewall/cable modem and NTL is the isp. When it fails the message from WMV does not give an error number, it just appears to time out and stop after many minutes. I don't have down load limits or time connected problems (otherwise kerrang would not work).

Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance. Andrew.
