This is an easy one to answer. You don't have to install a game more than once. If you notice that its not on other accounts, go into your account and under:
c:\Documents and Settings\(your account name)\Start Menu\Programs
Look for the program that you want all users to have and move it to:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
Then the program will be in all accounts.
