Hi all. I've exhaused everything that I know (which ain't much) so I'd appreciate some help.

I've had SP2 installed since it was released without a problem, BUT...

Now, I cannot launch and .msi, .msc files or get into the device manager, regedit or any administrative tools (i.e. services!!!). I also can't launch ms paint or calculator!!! I tried unistalling SP2 and everything goes back to normal. I then reinstalled SP2 and now back to the same problem. I do have admin rights on my computer.

I can't get to services to see what services are running or into the registry to check any keys. When I try to launch these files, etc, I don't get an error just an hourglass for a split second and then nothing....

Any ideas will be helpful at this point.
