Well It's the AC/97v2.1 the motherboard seems to have been an OEM for HP the driver is here
http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOU...xxx-354a.shtml but create a RESTORE POINT before installing driver in case you need to restore. The site can be slow to download, save it to disc, easiest place is My Documents folder, no probleme finding.
