Problem solved
Hi,
Ended up calling the professionals in. Turned out the Netscreen configurations had corrupted during a move from one location to another - perhaps. The guys didn't really seem to understand why it wasn't working. After about four hours of them poking around, the system is now working fine, but I'm none the wiser...
Thanks to anyone who thought about this,
Still confused but way beyond caring anymore..back to my day job.
