I have been unable to access
www.netflix.com for over a week now from ny home computer. The irony is that when I use my work laptop at home connected via a wireless router, I can access the site with no problem. I tried all of fthe alternatives listed below with no success:
1. Cleared temporary internet files and coockies
2. Tried to relax all possible settings of my IE 6.0 and norton internet security.
3. Tried AOL and netscape browsers.
4. Contacted comcast tech support.
5. Contacted netflix tech support.
6. Posted messages in microsoft IE 6.0 newsgroups.
and I'm still searching for solutions whenever I can.
