I am running windows XP, and have 3 network cards in my system. The each have an IP address and are connected to the internet. I would like to determine which network card is being used when using internet explorer or typing "ping", etc.

More importantly, I would like to be able to switch between cards without disabling or removing any of them. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Ultimately, I wish to be able to run different applications over different cards. For example, I would like to run IE over one card, and run ping on a different card.

Pointers to documentation containing this kind of information would be particularly helpful.
