If not then before you install your printer try and load drivers from cd first, then insall your printer and see if that cures your problem.

Well. I did a search and found one DLL which i beleive belongs to the multipass driver, its named MPASSMON.DLL. I tried to delete it and got an error message that access was denied.
Any ideas of how to erase this file?
