I have just got hold of a pc (gateway G6-350)which i want to upgrade.
id like to upgrade from windows98 to xp and upgrade the processor from the pentium2.plus i want to incfrease the memory.
id also like to add another internal harddrive and more usb ports.

how difficult will this be? the usb ports i can do easily but what about the other bits? is upgrading the procesor a case of buying a new one and attaching it in place of the old one? and if i buy a xp disc or even one from ebay what are the chances itw ill work and be straight forward to install?

also id like to add another monitoor and have dual screens (this pc is intended for design use)
