Hi if you cant find it? windows cant find it? do you have nortons installed? because if you do that program does not like you uninstalling anything.
Go back into device manager and see if there is any thing in there to do with your printer, also you have unplugged your printer from the usb port have,nt you, as microsoft does mention that, also look in your spoolsv.exe.
Failing that contact cannon who's contact no's are on there website.
This one sure is a puzzle  let us know how you get on.
