Shutdown problem- "Windows is currently working with a file"
We periodically get the error "Windows is currently working with a file" on several machines in this office, when trying to log out or shutdown. The machine has to be powered down to clear it. Haven't been able to isolate what triggers this yet.
We use XP, sans SP1.
We have Symantec anti-virus corporate 8 loaded, and believe this to be a factor in the problem.
Any one else seen this?
