Funny, I just had the same problem on 9/6. Try to remove the Google toolbar. Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs
My brother found the tip on line for me. Worked instantly. Also removed all my Macafee related stuff. Found on some website someone thought that might be related.
