fix master boot record
boot using windows boot disk. type Fdisk /mbr c: - check this command line!
You should now be able to reinstall windows. Linux alters the boot sector of your hard disk.
If you are going to install Linux ever again backup your MBR. Linux provides utilities for this e.g. GRUB
