Question Block one user from the internet with XP Pro
I have an XP Pro box with three users and I need to completely block one of the users from the internet. I have a few ideas:
1: Disable the NIC for the one user.
2: Block access to web apps IE, firefox, etc.
3: Block DNS access.

The only problem is I have no idea how to do any of these in Windows.
Any help would be appreciated.
