Create a System Restore Point just in case before installing drivers
Take a look at this to inentify your sound card, there are 3 for your particular model

You first need to update your Intel Chipset driver before any others drivers. Get the driver here

follow install instructions
When you have identified the right driver go here to download

Click Audio + to open and follow instructions to install.
