i have been running AOl version8 for the past few months with no problems last week I loaded version 9 via cd from AOl but can not get it to open. I spoke to AOL help line and they have advised me that my register is corrupt and that I should do repair using my original xp cd. I do not know much about pc but does this seem right and if so how do I do repair using my original cd.
