DESPERATE FOR AN SOLUTION!!!
alright, i have the same problem that he has. but with a different comp.
i got a HP intel celleron w/ Xp Home Edition built in. but, now it's a Xp Pro because of several old crashes that it had before. i want the built in home edition back but i dont know how to do it because the comp did not come with the System Recovery CDs nor a Windows XP Home Edition CD. but that's another case.

it's a good comp, 3 years old or so.
i don't know much about power supply so i didn't understand the solution.
so PLEASE, HELP ME OUT. im desperate!!!

here is a quick review of wut happens: i turn the comp on, the HP sign appears and then a black screen appears asking me how i want Windows to be open(Safe mode, Safe mode with Network and so on..). i've choosen all of the possibly choices but all lead to a quick windows logo with the bar to fill up and then.. it restarts.
i've noticed this past week that right before it restarts, a quick blue error screen appears, but it's impossible to see because it only appears for half a second.

so please, I NEED EVERY POSSIBLE ANSWER.
anything will be helpful.

thanks for the time
