The easiest way to remove all the rubbish that builds up while surfing is to use
CCleaner. Read all the instructions and you should be fine.
Alternatively you can do most of it manually. Go to
start>control panel>internet options. Click on 'Delete Cookies' and press OK. Next click on 'Delete Files' and place a tick in the 'delete all offline content' box. Click OK.
