can a program be set to run as an admin without giving out the password to everyone?

I am trying to run a program (Neverwinter Nights) that only runs in admin mode. I have set up user and admin accounts, and want users to be able to run this program.

I can do this by setting up the "run as" functionality, and that works fine, as long as I give all the users the admin password. But this defetes the whole purpose of setting up an admin account.

As far as I can figure, Microsoft decided that allowing a program to run an a different user without asking for a password would weaken their security, so they set it up where you had to give your password to everyone instead. (sounds like a managers version of good security).

Does anyone know a method or utility that can get around this?

thanks
