when you have installed, can you go to Computer > Summary and post the details. Also have you installed a sound card, because what I have given are links to are intergrated onboard sound. Just a lottle point Belarc indicates that it cannot detect an antivirus programe, if you do not have one installed then this free programe is the one I use, it is AVG7, you can get it here free
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5 update immediatley and then run the programe.This may have a bearing on why you are unable to install the drivers.
