Admin Tools/Computer Management/On left, click
Disk Management/in right window, right click on the drive and select
change drive letter etc
As hinted above, sometimes it can cause aggro so be prepared to change things back again.
Administrative Tools should be in the start menu, if not, find it in the
All Programs list.
