I saw the first computer on Nov 22/05 with this problem.
Had a couple more since then.
Removing ContextPlus fixed them all. (It also screwes up dialup internet connections, BTW.)
All the other fixes (PNP Service, Enum permissions, Adaware, Spyware, Ewido, Norton Scan) were useless.
