Your board is a Gigabyte GA-60XT
Set a System Restore Point befire installing driver just in case
Go here to Gigabyte

install the Intel INF Installation and restart your comp, this is the chipset driver, don't install the Intel IAA you do not need it
Check your sound, if still not working then get the sound driver from link below
Then go here to get the driver for your C-Media CMI8738
