3) Computer started getting messages " just recoverd from a serious error" Ive reformatted windows on a new hd and slowly started getting the same error periodically. I have also noticed a slow down in performance.
4) In device Manager i have the yellow question marks on Other Devices/ Multimedia Audio Controller and not sure what to update this with, sound is working ok and is fine.
5) AVG + Zone Alarm
Any tips/ help would be most appreciated.

This looks to be an MSI motherboard, they have a Live Update facility that will check your system and advice on any updates you need check it out here it's listed under Utility
