Unless you are haveing problems, it's best to leave well alone, I did notice a 5.1 Creative sc, this could be a separate sound card installed, instead of Realtek Onboard sound, I have a similar setup to yourself, and have a yellow question next to Raid, I don't have Raid installed although my board supports it, so I leave it alone, Bios is another matter, all advice I have sought is not to update unless a major problem occurs. This little programe will give a list of all drivers installed on your comp, including Win drivers

I have a printout of mine, very helpful in tracing drivers.
The most important drivers to keep the system happy are at the begining, Utilities are optional.
Can you complete the line Other Devices/Multimedia Audio Controller.
