I am new to this board and am not sure where to post this question, but I have a problem.
I'm using Win 2K.
I am suddenly unable to download. Whenever I try, I get a white page with the broken image at the top left and it says "done" at the bottom left.
It seems that this started after upgrading internet explorer to the 6.0 version??? At least that's when I noticed, and the upgrade was the only change that I can recall.
I've tried uninstalling IE6.0, same problem. Reinstalling, same problem. I have gone over my security levels, etc.
I later installed an encryption pack (by downloading from another computer) which straightened out my 128 bit issue, but of course I still can't download even simple things such as winzip. It seems that I AM able to download Windows updates, but that's it.
What could possibly be going on here? Any suggestions?
