Try this:
1. Uninstall the drivers (from
Add/Remove Programs in
Control Panel) and then restart.
2. Then go into Device Manager (
Control Panel > System, in the
Hardware tab) and uninstall the devices that you can under the collapsible header
Sound, Video and Game Controllers (obviously, don't uninstall any game pads if you have one).
3. And then reboot, cancel the
Found New Hardware Wizard and then install the drivers.
4. After this restart again and let me know if it worked
