Help - locked myself out!

I have a word document which i wanted to shield my co-workers from in what i thought would be a lo-tech way and have locked myself out instead.

I took a word document, selected all of the text and changed the font to MT Extra. I checked that i could switch back to Times New Roman and it was able to switch. I proceeded to switch the whole document to MT Extra and saved it. I can't change the MT Extra back to Times new roman in the saved version.

Can anyone help?

sorry - it wasn't my intent to confuse and disorient - didn't realize everyone read both forums - I still need help - so if anyone has any ideas i would love to hear them.
