i have photoshop 7.0
is it worth getting CS? if so, why?

i just like to make signatures and backgrounds using cool effects, especially using the filters. are there any new filters?

Jeo my post was not in anyway meant to say don't bother asking here

I actually only posted with wanting to help because of your question it is obvious that a forum that is only for Photoshop would be the best place to get results, i say this because i am a member of paintshop forums.

The amount of help is amazing at those forums for that perticular software.
