Internet can be turn off... if you could...

1. stop the production of computers and all its accesories
2. shut down microsoft corp, sun microsystem, apple.
3. convince banks and companies to go back to manual work procedure..

similar to the question... if you could..

1. stop man from producing siblings
2. stop man from thinking of moving forward
3. convince man to use stones to make fire
