e-mail problems (virus?)

help...!

I'm using Windows XP, with SP2 installed. Have used Spybot and other programs to get rid of sypware, etc and have the system working good except for one problem that I can't solve.

My email wants to (autosend?) send messages to cmurray122@geocities.com and MTA145.mail.re2.yahoo.com or cmurray338, cmurray420, cmurray428, etc. So far, I don't think any messages have gotten out since these do not seem to be a good address but I need to know where I am infected or what to do.

got to be a virus, i have seen the exact same thing posted at 3 different forums on about 16 different post, all with the same address cmurray122@geocities.com. take jazz's advice and do a on-line scan, if panda dont find it try trend, rav, norton.....any that you find untill one finds what it is.

Hello everybody.
Guess I was in the wrong forum (XP). Thanks for the link, JAZZ, came out to find that all my NAV's not getting me any progress. The system was infected and I was loosing total control of my machine (Toshiba Centrino XP Pro).
