Does anybody knows how to receive free downloads of software applications, such as Macromedia Flash MX, 3D Studio Max, etc...

Go to the manufaturers site and register to be a 'Beta Tester' of their new applications.

If you want 'Pirated Versions' of applications you are asking the wrong people.
