Install Spybot S&D 1.3 Final first, then upgrade to DSO Exploit Fix 1.3.1 TX, as per the following links: -

Don't forget to update Spybot and disable System Restore prior to scanning, at all times. You may turn System Restore on again after, if you wish to: -
