I want to build the computer I know there is 2 popular site to buy

1- pricewatch

2-newegg

But I tried in pricewatch I think there is not possible for me to buy because i live in Scandinavia countries or maybe i do mistake . is just for USA or also for Europe?

please inform me in both websites .
