Spybot results

Every time I run Spybot, it closes 90% of the way through and cites an error during check and refers to finding "Z-Demon" and some german words in parentheses. Any suggestions?

Can you try and start in safe mode and then re-run Spybot?
Do you have an up to date anti-virus program?

Firstly i would update Spybot with This.

The next time you run Spybot it will tell you that it could not remove Z Demon because it is being used by other files/programs. It will then ask you if you want spybot to run at your next boot. Select yes and reboot.

I ran the updated version of Spybot you recommended and the Z-Demon spyware did not show-up in the results, so I was never asked to run Spybot after restarting. I hope this means that problem was solved?
