HELP!! Outlook Express problem!!! REALLY WIERD :S

Hi there! my moms outlook express cannot add contacts to the window with contacts in the lower left corner!! they simply dont appear there when added!!! plz help me!!

Have you tried closing the program and then reopening it, sometimes that helps. thats the only advice i can think of
