Post your Desktop Screenshots!!!

Hey everyone!

I was just wondering if people were interested in posting their desktop screenshots just to see people's different style's in using their computers.

I like to keep my desktop as clean as possible. The stuff you see on my desktop are actually desklets from a program called AveDesk. You can find it here.

I'm using WindowBlinds for my skin, with the Cyrix skin available from WinCustomize.

I don't have many apps on my desktop since I run most of my programs from an app called WinKey. It lets the user configure Windows-key combinations to run any type of application. For example, I have Win+C set to open a command window.

Screenie!!!

Hey Zxian...fellow canuk...

How did you post the screen shot showing the AveDesk Icons. I've tried Gadwin, ScreenHunter, and GradCaptureScreen and none of them will show the AveDesk icons.

Other than that it's quite the program.

Love to show you my desktop but as of right now I can't...

Cya,

I've just got all the icons set as "Desktop icons" under the style category. After that, it's just a simple printscreen and paint/photoshop.

And btw... Canada rules...

The Longhorn Pack is a nice set of skins.

I can't really justify using anything like Talisman since when i'm browsing through files, I'd use the explorer process anyways, and it has to load everytime that I want to do that... to slow for me.

The right-click menu is just wierd too... reminds me too much of Solaris UNIX.

Tailsman is alright! I just get tired of the same old thing!! I downloaded the transformation pack because I got tired of talsman! I got all kinds of shells for windows. I because it takes away the Microsoft out of Windows. hahaha!! Some times alternative shells can give you more power. I have a shell that will make XP scream. it is a bare bones shell, but it is good for slower computers or computers that little memory and/or resources! I started collecting shells for windows because on Windows 3.0, 3.1. and 3.11 workgroups I liked Norton Desktop as a shell. I liked it better then Explorer!

Here is the download for the Transformation Pack
Longhorn Transformation Pack 8
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...sforming.shtml

If anybody downloads this and you want it to look like mine. check all the boxes and use automatic install. The tool bar at the top I put that in! I've been doing that sence Windows 95. I get tired of all the Icons on my desktop. I can keep all the programs that I use up there, so I have easy access to them!
I think the longhorn pack is pretty cool. Sence I won't be able to get longhorn when it comes out, This is as close as I get!
