Regarding biometric reader 7120 problem

hello friends,
i am having following problem .
It was observed that the Windows installer gets activated at the time of Biometric Formload Event. The installer start installing missing components it has detected. Due to this biometric form takes time to appear on the screen and it appears a "hung up" condition to the user. To counter this, We had disabled the installer. This becomes problem when the user tries to install non-standard applications (standard applications or Microsoft application enables installer automaticaly therefore they can be installed without any problem but this is not the case with all the applications/programs and hence the problem).
plz suggest me solutions regarding this.
