lol Hello first name starting with "M"! hehehe.... guess who?

Well, (hopefully) i dun think graham is askin teh world of us from these questions. But it looks like he wants us 2 use teh trouble shooting guide to structure some trouble-shootin sentances.

So, what i did right, is, if its a problem ive never encountered before. id kinda pretent that i actually get teh problem on mah com, and then just think about what id do with it.

it doesnt hav to b an exact solution all professional like.... they havnt even been tested yet.

so what ye do right, is just structure some sentances usein teh following phrases... (its what i did, hopefully i wont fail )

"I think it's a software problem."
"I think it's a hardware problem."
"It might be a network problem."
"I would"
"Then"
"If that doesn't work"
"the <hardware name> might need to be replaced."
"scan for virus' and/or other errors."
"restart the machine."
"check if the <hardware name> is connected properly."
"use binary chop to isolate the problem."
"kick the machine."
"test the <hardware name> on another machine."
"wave a dead chicken over the <hardware name>."
"re-install the software."
"re-install the application."
"re-install the drivers or look for new drivers on the internet."

good luck! *thumbs up*

*edits*

oh! another good phrase is...

"check the <hardware name> settings."

It's a questionaire guys, not a real life problem.

1) several possibles, but most obvious.. No operating system installed.
2) Files deleted?
3) Missing files? wrong paths? corrupted files?
4) Write protect error?
5) Invalid partition? Partition locked by a running process?
6) In my experience, a failing drive or the need for cleaning.
7) No driver loaded, or the mouse is diabled.
8) The printer has no font to match the source.
