Newbie here so go easy. I'm not at all a P.C expert but I've had enough related issues and googled enough sites to declare myself a novice. lol.
Just a quick post to remind you all of one basic but crucial fact before you start messing with your software or downloading anything: CHECK TO SEE YOU'VE PLUGGED EVERYTHING IN PROPERLY. I know, you're all thinking "duh" but believe me, it's easily neglected and could save you DAYS of stress. lol.
