I found a website that had a great group of free programs that add several effects to any jpeg or gif picture.... My favorite was the reflection effect... One catch.. the site is in french but it is still very easy to get around...

Thanks Wild. I've been doing a lot of work with images lately. This looks real good. I can even put my highschool French to work.
I've also been playing with a photo moziac program(Centarsia). My only problem with it, is downsizing 3 megapixel pics to thumbnails makes the pic quality very poor(darn).
