An Open Message To All New Members.

I hope i am not over stepping the mark here....

1) ... When starting new threads, could you please give your thread a relevant title. We acknowledge that you have come here for help in solving a computer problem or for advice on something computer related so giving your thread a title like "Help" "Problem" "Stuck" etc etc, you are not helping us much.

2) ... Please don't start multiple threads in different forums. This only leads to confusion. You will be receiving answers in both/all threads, meaning we could be missing important information that could help solve your problem.

3) ... Give us as much information as possible when starting your thread. Information such as:
When did your problem start?
what measures you have taken to resolve your problem?
Have you added any new Software or Hardware recently?
Have you run full antivirus/spyware and Trojan scans?

Thank you for taking the time to read this,

Vidster
