know of any IPRISM competition?

We are looking for some competition for a content blocking appliance called Iprism. This box is very impressive in allowing you to block out internet material based on up to 60 different categories, can block out individual users from accessing the internet, can monitor who is even attempting to go to blocked sites. BUT it costs $5000/year U.S. For a small canadian school division, that amounts to big dollars. Anybody have any other suggested companies or devices to look at?

There dos'nt seem to be a lot out there and nothing I found has all the features of Iprism. There are a few child safe browsers at download.com in the alternate browser catagory. Also these 2 programs looked interesting.
