growin NT roaming profiles

Hi there
I have a network of about 30 users, since i installed office xp there appears to be a large file residing in each users profile, it is over 5MB in size and seems to be caused by some sort of clipart organiser. It is causing long logon periods and logoff periods. anybody any ideas how to get rid, also when users use office XP, it then (XP) goes through some install process at every use.
