i use gmail ...

i get around 400- 500 smap daily , but i have signed up for alot of fourms and random crap that i dont remember ... haha

but gmail is really good ... my friend only gets like 20 span a month and sometime nothing at all!!! but its a personal use only

Only ever give your main, primary email address to family and close friends.

Over and above that, create as many as you want for forums, newsletters, etcetera, and be prepared to be inundated with spam at times.
