They maybe cheap as chips each month for broadband connection but Tiscali are absolutely s**t.
Firstly they constantly disconnected my friend for no reason that made him change ISPs.
Secondly a family member didnt receive her password with the broadband package and had to phone India at least six times (due to them cutting her off a few times) before the password was reset.
My advice, look for another ISP. I did.
Does any1 else hate Tiscali???
