How do i use my own avatar here?

I was looking around and saw the answer but can't remember where i saw it...iI have an avatar I would like to use in here and would appreciate anyone giving me the info on how to go about getting it up there.

Avatar should be 75 x 75 or smaller. Send to webmaster AT softwaretipsandtricks DOT com.
