Please help!!!!!!!!

Just spent 7 days downloading FIFA2003 on a 56K dial up modem only to find the file has an .AVI extension and my pc tries to open it as a Media file when I assume it should be a .exe extension.

Has anyone any ideas on how I can open/use this file.
